When to Use: In the morning as a cleansing step or at night as a makeup remover.
Application: Soak a cotton pad, preferably reusable, with micellar water. Sweep over the entire face and eyes until all traces of makeup are removed. Repeat the process until the cotton pad comes out clean. No need to rinse.
