Basic overprised cleansing milk; not 3 in 1
I don't know why is called 3 in 1. Although is no-rinse formula, I use it like a cleansing milk, I massage it in my face for a minute, rinse it and then do the final clean with my toner. Even when I don't have any make up on, this cleanser does not do a thorough cleaning (i am not talking about exfoliating) because when I follow it with my toner I can still see remains of dirt on a cotton pad that hasn't been removed with this product.
